Invisible Agency is looking for a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Hindi) - AI Trainer. This remote role supports AI model training by generating and annotating coding data in Hindi, ensuring high data quality, and collaborating with AI engineers to improve multilingual AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and annotate coding data in Hindi to support AI training
- Translate and contextualize prompts and examples for Hindi-language models
- Ensure data quality by following project guidelines and performing quality checks
- Assist with data labeling, dataset maintenance, and categorization
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to test model outputs and provide feedback
- Document processes and contribute to best-practice guidelines
Qualifications
- Fluent in Hindi (written and spoken)
- Strong programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with data labeling, dataset creation, and QA
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
