Coding Specialist (Fluent in French) – AI Trainer

Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a Coding Specialist fluent in French to join our AI training team. This role focuses on developing and refining coding tasks and French-language datasets to help train AI models effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI/engineering teams to define coding tasks and prompts for training data.
• Create, review, and translate French-language training materials and datasets.
• Assist in evaluating model outputs and improving data quality and coverage.
• Document processes, contribute to tooling improvements, and help maintain data integrity.
• Support QA, testing, and deployment activities related to AI training projects.
• Contribute to localization efforts and ensure accuracy of French content.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
• Solid coding foundation; comfort with Python or related languages is a plus.
• Interest or experience in AI, ML, NLP, or data labeling.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience with training data or localization is a plus.
