Role overview

Chinese Speaker – AI Trainer at Invisible Agency (Remote). This role focuses on building and QAing Chinese-language data used to train AI models, working with cross-functional teams in a distributed, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and annotate Chinese datasets for AI model training
• Follow annotation guidelines to ensure high-quality, consistent labeling
• QA model outputs in Chinese and provide actionable feedback
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to improve model performance
• Track annotation progress, maintain documentation, and ensure data quality
• Adhere to data privacy and security standards in all work

Requirements

• Native or fluent Chinese with strong writing and reading skills; good command of English
• Experience with data labeling or AI training, or related data work
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working remotely within a distributed team
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and basic ML concepts is a plus; knowledge of data privacy best practices is a plus
