Chinese Language Specialist – AI Trainer

Job Description

Invisible Agency is seeking a Chinese Language Specialist to join its AI training team. In this role, you will curate Chinese-language training data to improve AI language models, focusing on Chinese language understanding and generation across domains.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and annotate training data in Chinese according to project guidelines.
• Label text, categorize intents and entities, and ensure data quality and consistency for model training.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to define data requirements and improve annotation processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data collection, labeling guidelines, and quality metrics.
• Support model evaluation and error analysis by providing high-quality training data samples.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex labeling guidelines.
• Experience with data labeling, annotation, or AI training tasks is a plus.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and language-related AI workflows is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fully remote team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
