Invisible Agency is seeking a Chemistry Specialist – AI Trainer to join our remote, globally distributed team. This role focuses on designing and training AI models using chemistry data and collaborating with scientists and engineers to translate chemical insights into practical AI solutions.

Role Overview

As a Chemistry Specialist – AI Trainer, you will help build scalable training pipelines, evaluate model performance, and ensure data quality and reproducibility across projects in a remote, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and train machine learning models for chemistry-related tasks.
• Curate, preprocess, and manage chemistry datasets for AI applications.
• Collaborate with scientists to define requirements and validate model outputs.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and tooling for model training.
• Document experiments, results, and methodologies to ensure reproducibility.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in cheminformatics and ML techniques.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cheminformatics tools (e.g., RDKit) and chemistry data formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
