Basque Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer

Invisible Agency is seeking a Basque Voice Acting Specialist to join our AI training team. This remote role focuses on creating and curating Basque-language voice data to improve speech recognition and text-to-speech models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate Basque language voice datasets for AI training and evaluation.
• Record, edit, and annotate Basque voice data with high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to improve ASR and TTS performance for Basque.
• Define data quality standards, metadata tagging, and documentation for datasets.
• Source, audition, and manage Basque voice talent; coordinate recording sessions (remote or in-studio).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Basque speaker with clear pronunciation and voice acting experience.
• Proven experience in voice acting, voiceover, or audio production.
• Proficiency with audio recording and editing tools (DAW); good at noise reduction and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail, script following, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI training data, dataset creation, transcription, or annotation.
• Basic understanding of speech recognition or text-to-speech technologies.
• Multilingual or knowledge of Basque dialects is a plus.
