Azerbaijani (Azeri) Language Specialist - AI Trainer

Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a skilled Azerbaijani language specialist to join our AI training team. This remote role focuses on training AI models in Azerbaijani, building high quality datasets, and improving language understanding across products and services.

Responsibilities

• Collect and curate Azerbaijani language data for AI model training
• Create and refine prompts and labeling guidelines for Azerbaijani NLP models
• Annotate and validate datasets for quality, consistency and bias mitigation
• Evaluate model outputs in Azerbaijani and document errors for machine learning engineers
• Collaborate with data scientists linguists and product teams to define data requirements
• Maintain documentation of labeling guidelines data schemas and QA processes
• Ensure compliance with data privacy security and company policies

Requirements

• Native or fluent Azerbaijani speaker with excellent written and spoken skills
• Experience in data annotation NLP or AI model training
• Familiarity with dataset curation labeling guidelines QA and data quality assurance
• Comfortable working in a remote async environment with collaboration tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with NLP tools Python SQL or open source ML frameworks
• Interest in language technologies for Azerbaijani
