Invisible Agency is seeking an Audio Editing Specialist - AI Trainer to curate high-quality audio datasets and train AI voice models. This remote, worldwide role provides the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Edit and normalize audio clips for AI training datasets, ensuring consistent levels and quality, including noise reduction and standardization.
Annotate and label audio data with transcripts, timestamps, and metadata to support supervised learning.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to define data requirements, formats, and delivery schedules.
Quality assure audio data and provide feedback to improve data pipelines.
Maintain documentation, version control, and data hygiene; contribute to process improvements.
Meet project milestones and deliver datasets on time.

Requirements

Proven experience in audio editing or sound design with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with AI training data workflows, labeling, QA, and data preparation.
Proficiency with audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Experience with speech processing, voice data, or ML data curation.
