Invisible Agency is seeking an Art & Design Specialist – AI Trainer to join our remote team in Europe. In this role you will train and refine generative AI models to assist with art and design tasks, curate training datasets, and collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI training workflows for art and design tasks
- Curate and annotate datasets to improve model performance
- Develop and test prompts to generate high-quality visual outputs
- Collaborate with designers to ensure outputs align with brand style
- Evaluate model outputs and iterate on training strategies
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and modern design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven design work
- Knowledge of data labeling, dataset curation, and prompt engineering
- Excellent communication and ability to work across Europe time zones
