Arabic (Maghrebi) Language Specialist - AI Trainer

Role Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking an Arabic (Maghrebi) Language Specialist - AI Trainer to join our remote-friendly team. In this role you will curate and annotate Arabic Maghrebi language data to train AI models, contribute to dataset quality, and collaborate with ML engineers and linguists. This is a remote, worldwide opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, annotate, and validate Arabic language data in the Maghrebi dialect for AI training
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with project guidelines
• Provide feedback to data collection and modeling teams to improve model performance
• Help create glossaries, guidelines, and best practices for data labeling
• Assist in evaluating model outputs for accuracy, bias, and safety
• Document processes and maintain clear records of data annotations

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (Maghrebi dialect)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex data guidelines
• Interest in NLP, AI training, and data curation
• Experience with data labeling or linguistic annotation is a plus
• Remote work readiness and excellent communication skills
