Job Description

Invisible Agency is seeking an Arabic (Maghrebi) Language Expert to join our AI training team. This remote role focuses on creating, annotating, and validating language data to improve AI models. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to deliver high-quality multilingual data for machine learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate Arabic (Maghrebi) language datasets for AI training
• Annotate, transcribe, and quality-check data to ensure high accuracy
• Evaluate model outputs and provide actionable feedback to ML engineers
• Develop and document data quality guidelines and processes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams in a fully remote setting

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Arabic (Maghrebi) with strong writing and linguistic skills
• Experience in NLP, data annotation, or AI model training
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain data quality at scale
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working remotely
• Familiarity with data privacy and ethical guidelines is a plus
