We are seeking a dedicated Arabic (Levantine) Language Expert to join Invisible Agency's AI training team. This fully remote role focuses on creating and validating Levantine Arabic training data to improve natural language understanding and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Curate and annotate Levantine Arabic datasets for AI training, including transcription, translation, and labeling tasks.
• Establish and follow linguistic guidelines to ensure consistency and high data quality.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to provide linguistic insights and improve model performance on Levantine Arabic tasks.
• Review and QA training data, manage version-controlled datasets, and document annotation decisions.
• Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Levantine Arabic with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Experience with data annotation, NLP, or AI training projects.
• Familiarity with annotation tools, spreadsheets, and basic data management.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow documented guidelines.

Nice to Have

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python) or experience with ML/Data Science workflows.
• Experience with language-specific NLP resources or evaluation.
