Arabic (Gulf) Language Expert - AI Trainer

Overview

Invisible Agency is seeking an Arabic (Gulf) Language Expert to join our AI training team. This remote role focuses on developing and curating Gulf Arabic data for training AI models, improving language coverage, and ensuring high-quality multilingual datasets.

Responsibilities

• Annotate, validate, and curate Gulf Arabic datasets for AI model training.
• Develop prompts, test datasets, and evaluate model outputs to improve language accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to provide linguistic insights and data quality standards.
• Document data creation processes and maintain clear, reproducible workflows.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security guidelines across all tasks.
• Work effectively with distributed/global teams in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Gulf Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience with NLP data labeling, annotation, or dataset curation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain linguistic nuances to a technical audience.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Arabic, Computational Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations in AI training.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI training pipelines or machine learning workflows.
• Programming or data processing skills (e.g., Python) for data manipulation.
