Arabic (Egyptian) Language Expert - AI Trainer

About the role

Invisible Agency is seeking an Arabic (Egyptian) Language Expert to join our AI training team. You will help improve AI language models by developing and curating high-quality Egyptian Arabic data, annotating datasets, and providing insights to enhance NLP performance. This is a remote-friendly role with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate Arabic (Egyptian) language datasets for AI training and evaluation.
• Annotate, label, and validate language data to improve model accuracy and reliability.
• Evaluate model outputs, provide actionable feedback, and help iterate data quality processes.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define language-specific requirements.
• Document guidelines, best practices, and quality standards for dataset creation and annotation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Egyptian Arabic with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Egyptian dialects and exposure to Modern Standard Arabic as needed.
• Experience with data annotation, NLP, or dataset curation for AI/ML projects.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work remotely and independently.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data quality assessment is a plus.
