Description

This role involves curating datasets, designing experiments, training and validating machine learning models, and translating findings into actionable insights for researchers, clinicians, and public health projects. The position is fully remote with global collaboration across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train AI/ML models to identify antibiotic resistance patterns in biomedical data.
• Curate, annotate, and manage datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define model requirements and evaluation metrics.
• Interpret model outputs, validate results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in accordance with applicable regulations.

Requirements
