Invisible Agency is seeking a dedicated Afrikaans Voice Acting Specialist to join our AI training team. In this role, you will help train and improve AI-powered voice models by providing high-quality Afrikaans voice data, annotations, and feedback throughout the model development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality Afrikaans voice samples for AI training and evaluation.
• Review, annotate, and curate Afrikaans audio datasets for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate voice data into training pipelines.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on audio data and metadata.
• Develop and follow data guidelines and best practices for voice data collection.
• Communicate progress and findings with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Native or near-native Afrikaans proficiency with strong pronunciation and dialect accuracy.
• Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
• Experience in voice acting, VO recording, or audiobook work.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in AI/ML concepts and data labeling is advantageous.
