  • Own day-to-day admin and evolution of GTM systems (HubSpot, DealHub).
  • Lead system rebuilds and re-architecture of CRM and GTM tooling.
  • Assess setups, identify debt, and plan rebuilds to improve usability and data quality.
  • Translate GTM strategy into clean system design: objects, workflows, automations, integrations, permissions.
  • Partner with Data team using BigQuery and Tableau for Reverse ETL activation.
  • Establish data governance and change-management processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years RevOps/Sales Ops/GTM in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven GTM system rebuilds and re-architectures.
  • HubSpot admin: advanced workflows, custom objects, governance.
  • CPQ and sales/CS tools such as DealHub, Outreach, Planhat.
  • Strong end-to-end GTM process understanding.
  • Ability to reduce complexity while improving reliability.
