- Own day-to-day admin of GTM systems (HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat, Gong, Outreach)
- Lead GTM system rebuilds and CRM/tooling cleanups per RevOps standards
- Assess systems, reduce debt, rebuild for usability, scalability, data quality
- Translate GTM strategy into system design: objects, workflows, integrations, permissions
- Partner with Data team using BigQuery and Tableau to enable Reverse ETL
- Establish data governance, naming conventions, documentation, and change management
π― Requirements
- 5β8+ years in Rev Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS
- Proven experience rebuilding/re-architecting GTM systems (CRM, lifecycle, automation)
- Hands-on HubSpot admin with advanced workflows, custom objects, integrations, governance
- Experience with CPQ, sales engagement, and CS tools (DealHub, Outreach, Planhat)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes and impact on execution
- Proven ability to reduce complexity while improving reliability and adoption
