  • Own review and structuring of B2B SaaS deals (new, renewals, expansions).
  • Advise Sales on standard vs custom terms by deal size, risk, and value.
  • Manage end-to-end quote-to-order in HubSpot/DealHub with pricing and approvals.
  • Partner with Legal to coordinate redlines and DocuSign IAM execution.
  • Serve as primary liaison across Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and RevOps to move deals.
  • Define deal desk SLAs, approvals, and escalation paths for velocity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Deal Desk/Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with subscription-based revenue: annual and multi-year contracts, renewals.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS contracts, pricing, billing terms, and SLAs.
  • Ability to evaluate custom contract requests balancing speed, risk, and revenue impact.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, DealHub, DocuSign IAM (preferred).
  • Strong commercial judgment; organized, process-driven, and collaborative.
