  • Own review and structuring of B2B SaaS subscription deals.
  • Advise Sales on standard vs custom SaaS terms for speed and value.
  • Manage end-to-end quote-to-order using HubSpot and DealHub.
  • Coordinate contract redlines and approvals with Legal and DocuSign IAM.
  • Liaise between Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and RevOps to keep deals moving.
  • Define and enforce deal desk SLAs and escalation paths.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in Deal Desk/Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with subscription-based revenue models (annual/multi-year).
  • Knowledge of standard SaaS contracts and customization areas (pricing, billing, termination, SLAs).
  • Strong business judgment on custom contracts balancing speed and risk.
  • Hands-on with HubSpot, DealHub, DocuSign IAM.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance.
