  • Own review and structuring of B2B SaaS deals across new business, renewals, expansions, and multi-year agreements.
  • Manage end-to-end quote-to-order with HubSpot and DealHub to ensure accurate pricing and terms.
  • Partner with Legal to coordinate contract redlines and DocuSign IAM execution.
  • Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, Billing, and RevOps to keep deals moving.
  • Define and enforce deal desk SLAs and escalation paths for predictable velocity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in Deal Desk or Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with subscription-based revenue models (annual and multi-year); renewals and expansions.
  • Knowledge of standard SaaS contract structures and customization areas (pricing, billing terms, termination, SLAs).
  • Ability to balance speed, risk, and long-term revenue impact on custom contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, DealHub, and DocuSign IAM (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
