- 4β6+ years in Deal Desk or Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with subscription-based revenue models (annual and multi-year); renewals and expansions.
- Knowledge of standard SaaS contract structures and customization areas (pricing, billing terms, termination, SLAs).
- Ability to balance speed, risk, and long-term revenue impact on custom contracts.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, DealHub, and DocuSign IAM (preferred).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
