Build lasting, one-on-one relationships with clients a few hours weekly.
Engage in client hobbies/activities, e.g., Special Olympics.
Help clients gain independence (budgeting, socializing, transit, etc.).
Attend to each client's needs with dignity and respect.
Ensure client's safety and well-being at home and in the community.
Compensation & Schedule: Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, short commutes.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Passion for helping individuals with IDD.
Patience, empathy and dedication.
