📋 Description

• Build one-on-one relationships a few hours weekly.
• Engage in client hobbies/activities (e.g., Special Olympics).
• Support independence: budgeting, socializing, shopping, transport, exercise.
• Provide care with dignity and respect.
• Ensure safety and well-being in home and community.
• Have fun as a supportive Buddy on Kauai.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old
• Passion for helping individuals with IDD
• Patience, empathy and dedication
• No experience required
• Ability to work in the community
