🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Business (Preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in affordable housing lending and business development.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
