What you’ll do

Define and execute the learning strategy aligned with Affirm’s business goals.
Lead a team of instructional designers and program managers to design and deliver scalable programs.
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, people & culture) to identify learning needs and drive impact.
Oversee program design, delivery, governance, and measurement of learning outcomes.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal resources to maximize effectiveness.
Promote inclusive, accessible learning experiences and foster a culture of continuous development.

What we’re looking for

8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field with demonstrated leadership experience.
Proven ability to design and implement learning programs at scale and transfer knowledge across teams.
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data-driven approaches to measure impact.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence across senior leadership.
