Senior Manager, Learning - Affirm

What you’ll do
- Define and execute the learning strategy aligned with Affirm’s business goals.
- Lead a team of instructional designers and program managers to design and deliver scalable programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, people & culture) to identify learning needs and drive impact.
- Oversee program design, delivery, governance, and measurement of learning outcomes.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal resources to maximize effectiveness.
- Promote inclusive, accessible learning experiences and foster a culture of continuous development.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven ability to design and implement learning programs at scale and transfer knowledge across teams.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data-driven approaches to measure impact.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and influence across senior leadership.
