Product Marketing Manager, Consumer
Affirm, a leading fintech company delivering honest financial products, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our consumer portfolio. This remote role focuses on shaping the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and growth initiatives that drive adoption and long-term value for Affirm's consumer products.
What you'll do
- Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for consumer products and features.
- Partner with Product, Growth, Brand, and Sales to design and execute launches and campaigns.
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Own performance measurement, run experiments (A/B tests, funnel analyses), and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Develop content and assets for web, email, paid, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
What you bring
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in fintech or consumer tech.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to tell compelling product stories.
- Experience with GTM planning, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel/Amplitude, etc.).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project management skills.
