Overview
Affirm is seeking a Product Marketing Lead, Consumer to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Affirm’s consumer products. This remote-friendly role requires a strategic storyteller who can translate product value into compelling messaging, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead impactful launches that accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for Affirm’s consumer products
- Develop customer-centric value propositions, messaging frameworks, and product storytelling that resonate with consumer audiences
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, Design, Sales, and Regional teams to plan and execute launches
- Define launch plans, success metrics, and post-launch optimization
- Gather and synthesize market and customer insights to inform roadmap and marketing activation
- Create sales enablement content, training, and collateral to drive adoption
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to maintain a differentiated position
- Analyze performance data, run experiments, and iterate on GTM approaches
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product marketing, growth, or related field with consumer/B2C focus
- Strong storytelling, messaging, and positioning skills
- Experience leading GTM for new products/features and working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in analytics, onboarding/enablement, and performance measurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred
