Role Overview

The Process Excellence Specialist II will partner with cross functional teams to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, map workflows, and implement standardized improvements with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead cross functional process improvement projects
Map current processes and collect data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Design and implement standardized processes and performance metrics
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and success
Create process documentation and training materials

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in process improvement or operations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
