Partner Growth Manager

Affirm is hiring a Partner Growth Manager to lead the development and expansion of strategic partnerships that drive revenue and customer value.

This remote-friendly role is based in Canada and offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across the business.

Overview

In this role, you will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, negotiate terms, and work across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to scale partner programs globally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with Affirm's goals
• Negotiate terms, manage partner agreements, and drive program execution
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to integrate partners into go-to-market plans
• Monitor partner performance and iterate programs for growth and efficiency
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential partnerships

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in partnerships or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience in fintech or consumer finance is a plus
