🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in operational excellence, knowledge management, or training leadership.
  • Proven track record setting strategy and delivering measurable impact on efficiency & experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma, program management, and change management expertise (Black Belt or PMP preferred).
  • Experience scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, or AI tools).
  • Strong background in regulated financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% to support global sites and vendor partners.
