Overview
Affirm is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to lead the design, governance, and execution of Affirm's compensation programs. This role partners with People Operations and business leaders to ensure market-competitive pay, equity programs, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and business units to develop and implement the company's compensation philosophy and programs.
- Manage base salaries, short- and long-term incentives, and equity processes; ensure governance and compliance.
- Conduct market benchmarking, salary structure design, and pay-for-performance analyses.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics to inform compensation decisions and planning.
- Support annual compensation planning, budgeting, and equity grants process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience with market benchmarking, salary bands, and compensation design.
- Knowledge of equity/RSU processes is advantageous.
