🎯 Requirements
- 4-7+ years hands-on SQL Server DBA experience in enterprise/datacenter environments.
- Deep understanding of SQL Server HA/DR technologies.
- Experience with performance tuning, optimization, and advanced T-SQL.
- Familiarity with PowerShell automation.
- Preferred: virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V) and SAN/NAS storage.
- Cloud database experience (Azure SQL, Managed Instance) and relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure).
