Onsite Software Training Specialist

• Experience:
  3-5 years in the automotive industry with specific
  expertise
  in fixed operations (service, sales,
  and
  marketing).
   

• Presentation Skills:
  Proven ability to effectively deliver training in both classroom and virtual settings, with strong classroom management skills.
   

• Communication:
  Excellent communication skills with the ability to be patient, calm, and approachable when working with dealership personnel.
   

• Self-Driven:
  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting aggressive timelines
  .
   

• Travel:
  Must be able to travel 75% of the time, including up to three weeks per month onsite with dealerships, and one week working remotely from home.
   

• Additional Requirements:
  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
