Role Summary

We are seeking a Field Client Consultant for the North East region to remotely support automotive marketers and dealership teams. You will drive onboarding, training, and ongoing value realization for Affinitiv products and services, while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the North East region; deliver proactive guidance and support.
• Onboard new customers, conduct product trainings, and ensure successful rollout.
• Monitor account health metrics, usage, and adoption; identify risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Provide regular business reviews, demonstrate value, and communicate product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or field-based consulting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and traveling as needed.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
