Field Client Consultant - Affinitiv

Affinitiv is seeking a Field Client Consultant to help automotive clients maximize the value of Affinitiv's marketing technology in Arizona. This field-based role combines relationship management, solution-focused consulting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive client success. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand goals, translate them into actionable plans, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients in the Arizona area.
Understand client goals, gather requirements, and translate them into effective use of Affinitiv's marketing technology.
Coordinate with product, sales, and professional services to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
Deliver training and onboarding to clients; provide ongoing success coaching and usage optimization.
Monitor client health metrics and identify growth opportunities; advocate for customers internally.

Requirements

3+ years in field-based client consulting, customer success, account management, or related.
Experience with marketing technology, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics, and reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
