Manage relationships with affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and partners
Drive affiliate performance: user acquisition, trading volume, retention, revenue
Monitor affiliate metrics; identify abnormal behavior, risks, or opportunities
Handle affiliate concerns: commissions, disputes, poaching, escalations
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
Design and execute joint campaigns and incentive programs

🎯 Requirements

Industry Experience: Crypto, FX, CFD, or related financial industries
Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, rebates
Experience in Affiliate Marketing, KAM, or B2B partnerships
Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentives
Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication
Cross-cultural communication skills; LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets experience
