Manage relationships with affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and partners.
Drive affiliate performance across user acquisition, volume, retention, revenue.
Monitor metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities.
Handle affiliate concerns including commissions disputes and escalations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
Design and execute joint campaigns, incentives, and partnerships with affiliates.

🎯 Requirements

Crypto/FX/CFD or trading platforms experience.
Familiar with affiliate ecosystems and rebate mechanisms.
Experience in Affiliate Marketing, KAM, or B2B partnerships.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication.
Analytical skills to interpret ROI, volume, retention, and trends.
Cross-cultural communication; LATAM/MENA/SEA experience preferred.
