Manage and maintain relationships with affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and partners
Drive affiliate performance across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue
Monitor affiliate metrics and identify risks or growth opportunities
Handle affiliate concerns, including disputes and escalations
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
Design and execute joint campaigns and incentive programs

🎯 Requirements

Crypto/FX/CFD or related financial industries experience
Familiar with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commissions, and rebates
Affiliate Marketing, KAM, or B2B partnerships experience
Strong understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentives
Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication
Handle sensitive partner situations with maturity
