🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience defining and executing quarterly and annual strategic plans.
  • Direct ownership of revenue targets with a track record of meeting or exceeding them.
  • Strong background in product growth strategies or launching and scaling new channels.
  • Hands-on team management experience; motivating, guiding, and developing talent.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate channels, partner models and incentives.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making, translating insights into action.
