📋 Description

• Support day-to-day management of global affiliate, content, and influencer programs to drive growth.
• Execute affiliate discovery, recruitment outreach, activation, and optimize existing affiliates.
• Assist with onboarding and tracking implementation across international markets.
• Create and disseminate newsletters, promotions, and campaign updates per global calendar.
• Implement commission changes, schedule bonuses, track links, and coordinate assets.
• Monitor activity, analyze performance, and prepare recurring reports for internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, performance partnerships, or influencer marketing.
• Experience with Partnerize, Impact, CJ, or Awin.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with digital marketing execution skills.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple campaigns.
• Experience creating affiliate communications (newsletters, outreach emails, promos).
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking links, commissions, and campaign implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional across international markets.
