Design and produce social media graphics for CrossFit affiliate and training channels.
Support CrossFit and CrossFit Games social accounts with graphic design.
Develop evergreen social content that reinforces affiliate program messaging.
Create digital assets for CrossFit Affiliate events, including lead-up campaigns and on-site materials.
Update affiliate-facing web properties, including the Affiliate Toolkit (ATK), with fresh assets.
Coordinate content handoffs and ensure assets are delivered on time and channel-ready.

🎯 Requirements

3-5+ years in digital content creation or social design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong portfolio of social/digital content design.
Experience writing or editing web copy and digital marketing content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CMS and basic web publishing is a plus.
