🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from a recognized law school; admitted to practice in the U.S.
- About 5+ years of legal experience in pharma/biotech/med-tech or government.
- Experience supporting promo review, contracting, or grants; MLR a plus.
- Familiar with FDA promo rules, fraud/abuse laws, OIG guidance.
- Strong drafting, issue spotting, and organizational skills.
- High ethics, integrity, accountability; ability to build trusted relationships.
