🎯 Requirements

Fluent English and Ukrainian (required)
Proven affiliate or BD experience in crypto, CIS preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with track record of exceeding targets
Solid understanding of CIS crypto market dynamics and regulations
