  • Align with NA sales to ensure GTM priorities and campaigns meet pipeline targets.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics: vendors, registration, promotion, follow-up, reporting.
  • Communicate Aerospike value proposition at field engagements.

  • 3-4 years of B2B tech or software field marketing / events with pipeline success.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional stakeholders on GTM motions.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and online event platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including nights and weekends.
