📋 Description

  • Drive revenue and manage end-to-end sales in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to exceed targets and grow the customer base.
  • Identify opportunities via market research, networking, and outreach in international markets.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Build relationships, gather market intelligence, represent the company at events, and localize materials with Marketing.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, deliver quarterly reviews, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive commercial sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on international markets (specifically outside of EMEA regions).
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value commercial deals in a diverse geographical territory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; willingness to travel internationally frequently (up to 50%).
  • Fluency in a second language relevant to a key EMEA market (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic).
  • Experience with a global distribution network or channel partner model.
