๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Use proprietary and partner systems to diagnose and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Identify defects and shepherd issues to resolution with product, engineering, ops, and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional service by building rapport, empathy, and advisor trust.
  • Become an expert in Altruist product offerings and workflows.
  • Translate complex issues clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Tag data and feedback to inform product roadmap and process improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support or call center experience
  • 2+ years of broker-dealer operations or clearing firm experience
  • Working knowledge of investing and what Registered Investment Advisors do
  • Proficiency with ticket management systems such as Salesforce and Jira
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • FINRA series 7 and 63 license preferred
