🎯 Requirements
- CFP® certification required
- 7–10 years in financial services; preferably as a financial advisor or wholesaler
- Demonstrated experience building and managing a personal book of business
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to quickly assess complex information
- Proven ability to influence, persuade, and defend recommendations
- High energy, initiative, executive presence, and strong interpersonal/communication skills
