  • Experience designing and scaling lift/incrementality programs with governance.
  • Comfortable as a senior external measurement authority, leading advertiser conversations.
  • Translate complex statistical concepts into practical decision frameworks for all audiences.
  • Build functions from the ground up, setting strategy while hands-on early.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to translate measurement science into product capabilities.
