- Work with vendor mgmt/training to run vendor support ops and handle escalations.

π― Requirements
- 5+ years in customer support ops, program management, or vendor mgmt; 3+ years in programmatic ads.
- Hands-on experience managing external vendor or BPO support teams.
- Strong understanding of digital ad workflows, including programmatic buying, delivery, and advertiser support.
- Experience with global teams across time zones.
- Proactive with ability to identify opportunities before issues arise.
- Excellent communicator who translates complexity for frontline teams to leadership.
