🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in product management.
- 5+ years on crypto trading platforms; derivatives preferred; top-tier CEX experience required.
- Deep expertise in CEX mechanisms: perpetuals, futures, options; portfolio margin; funding rates.
- Proven track record leading PM teams delivering large-scale trading programs.
- Strong understanding of liquidity economics and exchange risk (fees, Maker/Taker, leverage).
- Fluent English and Mandarin; experience with institutional clients and market makers.
